WHAT IS THERAPY LIKE?

Psychotherapy describes a variety of psychological interventions that share goal of alleviating distress and facilitating successful functioning. I would consider myself an intergrative therapist meaning that I am trained in a number of modalities and I integrate them to create the most effective therapeutic experience for each individual client.
